This policy explains what personal data GOOVO collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. GOOVO is an early-stage project testing an AI planner for motorcycle trips in Italy.
Who is responsible
GOOVO, run by its founder Nir.

What we collect
- Waitlist: email, country, how many multi-day trips you take, your price preference.
- Trip request: name, email, country, motorcycle, region, dates, days, km per day and your trip wishes.
- Partner form: business name, type, town and email.
- For every form: the language of the page, the date and time, and that you gave consent.
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not collect sensitive data.
Why we use it
- To answer you, plan the trip you requested, and send you early access to GOOVO (legal basis: your consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and steps you asked for before a possible agreement, art. 6(1)(b)).
- For partner businesses: to discuss a partnership (legal basis: legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).
- To understand interest in GOOVO in aggregate (for example, how many people chose each region).
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Where it is stored and who processes it
- Google (Google Sheets and Google Apps Script): form answers are stored in a private spreadsheet.
- Netlify: hosts this website and keeps a backup copy of form submissions.
- Google Fonts: the page loads fonts from Google servers, which receive your IP address.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. They rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Until the end of the GOOVO pilot, and at most 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy (portability), and you can withdraw consent at any time, for example by replying "unsubscribe" to any email. Write to the address above and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country.
Cookies and storage
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It only stores your chosen language (EN/IT) in your browser so the page opens in the same language next time.
Age
GOOVO is meant for adult riders and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Quali dati raccogliamo
- Lista d'attesa: email, paese, quanti viaggi di più giorni fai, la tua preferenza di prezzo.
- Richiesta di viaggio: nome, email, paese, moto, regione, date, giorni, km al giorno e i tuoi desideri per il viaggio.
- Modulo partner: nome dell'attività, tipo, località ed email.
- Per ogni modulo: la lingua della pagina, data e ora, e il fatto che hai dato il consenso.
Su questo sito non chiediamo dati di pagamento e non raccogliamo dati sensibili.
Perché li usiamo
- Per risponderti, pianificare il viaggio che hai richiesto e inviarti l'accesso anticipato a GOOVO (base giuridica: il tuo consenso, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, e misure precontrattuali da te richieste, art. 6(1)(b)).
- Per le attività partner: per discutere una collaborazione (base giuridica: legittimo interesse, art. 6(1)(f)).
- Per capire l'interesse verso GOOVO in forma aggregata (per esempio quante persone hanno scelto ogni regione).
Non vendiamo né affittiamo i tuoi dati e non li usiamo per profili pubblicitari.
Dove sono conservati e chi li tratta
- Google (Google Sheets e Google Apps Script): le risposte ai moduli sono salvate in un foglio di calcolo privato.
- Netlify: ospita questo sito e conserva una copia di backup dei moduli inviati.
- Google Fonts: la pagina carica i caratteri dai server di Google, che ricevono il tuo indirizzo IP.
Questi fornitori possono trattare dati al di fuori dello Spazio economico europeo. Si basano sull'EU–US Data Privacy Framework e/o sulle Clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea.
Per quanto tempo
Fino alla fine del progetto pilota GOOVO e al massimo 24 mesi dal tuo ultimo contatto con noi, salvo tua richiesta di cancellazione anticipata.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere l'accesso, la rettifica o la cancellazione dei tuoi dati, la limitazione o l'opposizione al trattamento, una copia dei dati (portabilità), e puoi revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, per esempio rispondendo "unsubscribe" a qualsiasi email. Scrivi all'indirizzo sopra e ti risponderemo entro 30 giorni. Hai anche il diritto di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) o all'autorità del tuo paese.
